At The Self-Care Bar, every order is prepared with care. Please read our policy before you purchase. Our boxes are curated and packed specially for each order, so they cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased.
Individual Items (diffusers, and other single products)Individual items may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are:
Unused and in their original packaging
Returned with proof of purchase
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and check the item. Delivery fees are not refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If any item, including a box, arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
